LC Visits are really cool

As an NTT member, one has the responsibility to coach 3-4 LCs on matters related to Training. Mine are LC Cluj-Napoca, LC Oradea and LC Pitesti.
2 weeks ago I received an invitation from Alina, LCVP TM in AIESEC Oradea to help with the TTI preparation. Of course, I said yes and we worked together to make this an awesome day for the participants, never fogetting the end goal:
PUT ORADEA BACK ON THE MAP!!!
And I honestly hope we will, as yesterday the TTI went great.
Alina introduced us into the Competency Model, the Selection Process and the New Members' Profile, while I was responsible of the Group and Individual Interview and the Simulation part.
We had Alina, Cata, Alex, Cosmin, Cipri, Mari, Crina, Adi and Radu as participants and we spent a lovely Saturday together.
Not only I met 9 great people, but I rediscovered passion for AIESEC in all their eyes, in the way they talked and in the way they acted.
